POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Engineer to design and develop intuitive, user-focused interfaces for cutting-edge AI solutions. This contract role is ideal for a results-driven professional who blends creative design with strong technical implementation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGN & STRATEGY
Create user-centered interfaces for AI-powered applications and tools
Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex workflows
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine interactions

TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with modern web technologies
Work closely with AI/ML engineers to translate complex algorithms into simple user experiences
Develop interactive prototypes and production-ready UI components
Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
AI-Specific Challenges
Design dashboards and visualizations for data and AI model outputs
Create intuitive controls for configuring AI models and parameters
Build interfaces for advanced AI features (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics)
Implement clear feedback and error-handling mechanisms

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
3+ years in UI/UX design and front-end development
Experience designing for data-driven or technical products
Hands-on front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular)

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows
Knowledge of user research and usability testing
Preferred (AI Experience)
Prior work on AI/ML interfaces or data visualization tools
Understanding of AI workflows and user interaction patterns
Experience designing dashboards for analytics platforms
